Our winter, just great!

The Hochrindl is a small, fine, multi-award-winning family ski area, honest, down-to-earth and original. You can enjoy the wonderful slopes, the cross-country ski runs and winter hiking trails through the Swiss stone pine forests. You can take the famous stop at one of the rustic huts, relax with horse-drawn sleigh rides, go on snowshoe hikes, tobogganing and curling, and for those who like it very sporty, take extensive ski tours in the snow-covered mountains of the Nockberge.

    The Hochrindl ski area

    Our house is only 250 m away from the next lift station – if there is enough snow you can ski right up to the hut.

    Enjoy 21 km of slopes, 23 km of cross-country ski runs or countless winter hiking trails and enjoy the wonderful view of almost all of Carinthia. Tank up on sun and energy at an altitude of 1,600 m above sea level. Nine ski runs, from easy to difficult, and snow reliability through the most modern snow-making equipment guarantee pure skiing pleasure. A total of five T-bar lifts, a connecting lift, a 4-seater chair lift and four cross-country ski runs of 3 - 11 km in length await you.
